the Black Vote

On February 26, 1869, we, African Americans, accomplished what was deemed impossible, we earned the right to vote with the passing of the 15th Amendment. And here it is, 139 years later and we could be doing what was once thought to be impossible. There is a good chance that we will soon be electing our first Black President. Barack Obama has touched the hearts of many with his eloquent speeches and captured many with his platform. So, will we actually make the impossible, possible once again? Will we elect our first Black President?
